GAS OR OIL BASIN TILTING FURNACE MK IV
The Morgan Basin Tilting IV Furnace is specially designed for rapid bulk melting for both die-casting and general non-ferrous foundries. The standard furnace utilizes the supercharge preheating technique where the waste gases , being exhausted over the top of the crucible, preheat the solid charge. This considerably improves the thermal efficiency of the melting process, reducing fuel consumption. The furnace can alternatively be supplied with a back exhaust when waste gas contact on charge material must be avoided.
